The Matrix Diet

Nobody believes me when they ask how I lost almost 70 pounds and went from a 40" waist to a 29" waist, simply by making 1 change:  I read The China Study

People are hungry for the next fancy name diet or shiny bottle of snake oil.

Remember the big question in the movie The Matrix?

the red pill or the blue pill

So now when asked, I say that I am on The Matrix Diet, something I saw on late night TV.  It's a bottle of Fat-B-Gone pills.  Men take the blue pill with red dots, and women take the red pill with blue dots.

They all want to hear more about the diet.

Funny thing  ...  I do not have a live TV signal, so I NEVER see late night TV
